Wine Review: This is the third time that I have recommended this wine. It is white gold colored and opens with a fragrant mineral and Anjou pear like bouquet with hints of green apple and white pepper. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp and savory. The flavor profile is a green apple and Anjou pear blend with nicely integrated minerality and a touch of tangerine. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This wine would pair well with steamers with drawn butter. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Crystal clear, citric colour with green tones. Vibrant aroma with tropical and citric notes of lime and passionfruit. The palate is fresh and minerally, with a long and persistent finish. Good aperitif and matches well with ceviche, shellfish and light salads.
