Wine Review: This maraschino cherry red colored wine opens with a mild floral bouquet with a hint of tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp, and slightly tangy. The flavor profile is a mild tangerine with hints of minerality and mild green pear. The finish is rather dry and refreshing. This well-priced rose from Portugal would pair well with grilled fish. Winemaker Notes: Lively pink colour. Fruity aroma with cherry and blackberry notes. Intense elegant palate with minty notes, fresh, balanced and persistent. Best with Asian foods and typical sausages. It is also an excellent aperitif.
