Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling opens with a red apple and lime bouquet with hints of florals and apricot. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is smooth and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is stony minerality and lemon-lime blend with notes of ruby red grapefruit and pineapple. We also detected hints of red apple skin towards the end. The finish is off-dry and refreshing. The Tasting Panel would pair this Riesling with a grilled swordfish sandwich or seared scallops.
