Wine Review: This medium yellow colored dry-styled Riesling opens with a green apple and white florals bouquet with hints of lemon curd and peach. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is expressive, fresh, crisp, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a saline and lime zest blend with notes of green tea and tangy white grapefruit. We also detected hints of honeydew melon, ginger, and chalky minerality. The finish is dry and quite refreshing. We would pair this tasty Riesling with a grilled swordfish steak or southern fried chicken. Enjoy - Ken
