Wine Review: This goldenrod-colored Riesling opens with a fragrant apricot and honey bouquet with hints of green grapes and golden raisins. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, slightly viscous and rich. The flavor profile is an apricot and honey blend with notes of orange marmalade. We also detected some hints of candied ginger and grilled pineapple. The finish lingers nicely. The Tasting Panel would sip this Riesling after dinner on its own.
