Wine Review: This pale straw colored dry-styled Riesling opens with Vaseline and green apple bouquet with hints of white peach, pineapple, and ginger. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with moderate acidity. It has a velvety and very polished mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a delicious blend of green apple and ginger with notes of pineapple and chamomile tea. The finish is dry and its rich flavors linger and last for a very very long time. The Panel would pair this fantastic and well-made Riesling with pan-seared scallops or garlic roasted chicken. Enjoy – KWGTP
