Wine Review: Friendly and crisp, this pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand has an enticing bouquet of yellow grapefruit, lemon verbena, wet slate, and light perfume. On the palate, medium-minus body, medium acidity, velvety and nicely textured mouthfeel, and good balance, Tropical flavors of white peach, pineapple, chalky minerality, honeydew melon and tart lemon. The finish is dry and lingers for a while. A nice sipper on the deck or serve with herbed lemon chicken. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: This is a fresh lively Sauvignon Blanc brimming with flavors of peach, citrus, and passionfruit. Light in body, but rich in texture with an elegant mouthfeel and lingering finish. Environmentally conscious without sacrificing quality!
