Wine Review: This golden yellow colored white blend from Crozes Hermitage opens with fragrant bee’s wax and chamomile tea bouquet with notes of apricot, white grapefruit, and pineapple. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, lively, and fresh. The flavor profile is a honey and tart lemon blend with notes of chamomile tea, green apple, and white pepper. We also picked up a hint of fennel. The finish is dry, and its acidity and flavors are nicely prolonged. The Tasting Panel suggested sitting on this young wine for a while. After a year or so in the cellar, we would pair this white blend with grilled halibut or grilled scallops. Enjoy – KWGTP
