Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir opens with a black raspberry, mild strawberry and triple sec bouquet with some floral hints and loam. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, very smooth and polished. The flavor profile is stewed black plum and mild mineral blend with notes of oak. We also detected hints of cherry-cola and clove. The finish is dry, and its flavors and medium tannins are very nicely extended. The Panel would pair this Pinot with German Jägerschnitzel, Étouffée or roasted quail with cranberry-orange and pecan stuffing. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: With a dried floral perfume best described as elegant and botanical, this vibrant Pinot Noir offers a beautiful balance of bright red fruit flavors and forest floor characteristics. The palate is silky and layered, with lithe berry and subtle chocolate notes almost flowing into a soft yet lingering finish.
