Wine Review: This translucent and very pale white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc also has a green tinge. It opens with a lemon-lime bouquet with hints of grapefruit and honeydew melon. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and fresh. The flavor profile is a gentle lime and chalky minerality blend with notes of honeydew melon. I also detected some hints of saline and white grapefruit. The finish is dry and its fade away nicely. This crowd-pleasing Sauvignon Blanc was well-liked by all that tried it. It paired well with my grilled rainbow trout. Enjoy – Ken
