Wine Review: This almost clear colored Pinot Blanc opens with a wet stone and lime zest bouquet with hints lychee, honeysuckle and marzipan. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, round and delicate. The flavor profile is an almond influenced minerality with notes of oolong tea, lime zest and peach. The finish is dry and refreshing. This wine would pair well with linguini with clam sauce or crab legs. - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: White peach, honeydew melon and kaffir lime on the nose leads to a crisp, bright palate of green apple and lemon peel, juicy and rich with a chalky minerality and hints of cardamom spice.
