Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot from Oregon opens with a fragrant black raspberry and old oak bouquet with hints of dark chocolate. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe raspberry jam with notes of black cherry and boysenberry. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This fruity Pinot is a good drinking wine. Enjoy a glass or two with Kerrygold Dubliner cheese and stone wheat crackers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Brilliant ruby red in color with raspberry, rose and licorice on the nose. Silky and smooth in texture, this Pinot is bursting with juicy cherry and cranberry on the palate with subtle notes of thyme and black pepper.
