Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir opens with a red raspberry bouquet with a hint of black currant. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth, and quite savory. The flavor profile is a very tasty black raspberry with hints of oak, black-cherry, and black pepper. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are well managed and linger. This wine would pair well with Viva'ssweet potato ravioli smothered in a brown butter sage sauce. Enjoy – Ken
