Wine Review: This smooth Pinot Noir from Edna Valley is clear and ruby colored in the glass. Its inviting bouquet has raspberry, cranberry and forest floor aromas. On the palate, it is medium bodied, dry and displays fruity flavors along with moderate acidity. Those flavors are blackberry, earthy pomegranate and dark cherry with spice and black pepper. Its finish is moderate with dark fruit flavors lingering. Enjoy this Pinot with an herb roasted pork tenderloin. – Mark
Winemaker Notes: Our Edna Valley Vineyard Central Coast Pinot Noir offers a taste that is both rich in style and light on the palate. Nuances of rose petal and black cherry set the stage for this Pinot, leading to flavors of fresh baked blackberry pie and a silky mouthfeel. A mouthwatering acidity and long finish make this wine a great pairing with a variety of dishes.
