Wine Review: This Cabernet Sauvignon has a very nice dusty earth, cherry, oak and plum bouquet with hints of raspberries. The dusty oak on this medium bodied wine carries through on the palate and the finish. On the palate, this wine is also smooth and has nice blackberry and cherries flavors. This is a very food friendly wine that has nice balance and structure. This Cab would go great with a nice slab of baby back ribs. Enjoy - Joe
