Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Eden Rift opens with a pomegranate and stewed black plum bouquet with hints of mushroom, violet, currant, and cinnamon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, very smooth and polished. The flavor profile is red plum and red raspberry blend with notes cedar, and chalky minerality. We also detected hints of coconut and red cherry. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. We would pair this delicate and refined Pinot with crispy veal cutlets or porchetta. Enjoy - KWGTP
