Wine Review: This translucent and light-yellow colored Chardonnay from Eden Rift opens with an initial matchstick, lemon, and green apple bouquet with hints of pineapple and pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, bright and fresh. The flavor profile is a lemon tea and quince blend with notes of oak and stony minerality. We also detected hints of dried coconut and pineapple. The finish is dry, and its flavors linger and last for a while. We would pair this Chard with clams casino or pan-seared halibut. Enjoy – KWGTP
