Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored wine opens with a light honeydew melon like bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. It tastes like a fruit cocktail with pineapple and pear flavors peaking thru the most. The finish is dry, refreshing, and brief. This wine would pair well with ham. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A crystal clear wine of light straw color with a tint of emerald that exudes aromas of honeysuckle, thyme, melon and fresh rain. Refreshing flavors of Honeydew melon, apple, and minerals lead into a long finish of fresh cut thyme and green apple. Low alcohol and ample acidity make this wine a great pairing with oysters to spicy Thai dishes. A nice palate opener, lunch wine or hors d’oeuvre accompaniment.
