Wine Review: This coral-colored Rosé from Dutton Goldfield opens with a fragrant ripe peach and nectarine bouquet with hints of maraschino cherry and faint ginger ale. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, and fresh. The flavor profile is a tasty white peach and green tea blend with notes of chalky minerality, red plum, and saline. I also detected hints of apricot pit. The finish is dry, and flavors and acidity are nicely extended. This Rosé would pair well with chilled shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken
