Wine Review: This clear medium ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a black cherry and cinnamon bouquet with hints of clove, oregano, and rose pedal. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round, balanced, clean, and savory. The flavor profile is green tea and black plum blend with notes of pomegranate and fine stony minerality. We also detected hints of clove and white pepper. The finish is dry, and its moderate sticky tannins and flavors linger nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Pinot with a dark turkey meat pot pie or with shrimp and grits. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: From first sniff, a lusciousness and sense of depth comes through.
