Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from the “Dutton Ranch” in the Russian River Valley opens with a fragrant and attractive black raspberry bouquet with hints of rose petals, clove and plum. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, juicy and bright. The flavor profile is cola and red plum blend with notes of clove and cedar along hints of black cherry. The finish is dry and its acidity, flavors, and gentle tannins drift away nicely.
