Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a fragrant caramel and green apple bouquet with hints of apple. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is a rich oak influenced Bosc pear with notes of toffee and apple. The finish is dry and its flavors last for quite some time. This Chard would pair well with chicken cordon bleu.
