Wine Review: This light gold colored Chardonnay opens with an oak and grilled pineapple bouquet with hints of ripe pear. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, and rich. The flavor profile poached pear and Christmas spice blend with notes of oak and crème brulee. I also detected hints of Werther’s Original candy, chamomile tea, and white peach. The finish is dry, and its flavors linger and last for quite some time.
