Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chard from Dutton Estate is quite impressive. It opens with a green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty gentle oak infused apple with a hint of vanilla. The finish is dry and drifts away nicely. I would pair this wine with pasta carbonara or Theresa's homemade mac n' cheese with ham. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This bright sun shiny Chardonnay is classic example of cold climate quality fruit from the heart of the Green Valley appellation. Characters of baked apple with silky textures flow on the palate to finish with lush creamy and soft citrus notes.
