Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Zinfandel made from the Maple Vineyard in Dry Creek opens with a blueberry bouquet with a hint of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty blueberry with hints of red berries and a dash of black pepper. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. The panel really enjoyed this wine. They suggested pairing this food friendly offering with filet mignon. Enjoy - KWGTP
