Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Duckhorn opens with a cassis and eucalyptus bouquet with hints of wet stone, cedar, and cola. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is well-balanced, smooth, and polished. The flavor profile is cedar and blackberry blend with notes of clay, cola, and tobacco. We also detected some hints of Earl Grey tea, sage, and baking spices.
