Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a fragrant and appealing papaya and lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and fresh. The flavor profile is a mineral infused pear with notes of papaya and a hint of banana. The finish is dry and flavors and acidity linger and last for a while. This Chardonnay would pair well with chicken satay. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This vibrant Chardonnay offers enticing aromas of lemon meringue, honeysuckle and vanilla cream. On the palate, bright citrus flavors dominate with hints of rich tropical fruit contributing weight and texture. Excellent acidity adds length and focus to a crisp, lingering finish.
