Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a fragrant apple like bouquet with a hint of gentle oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is an approachable mild pear with hints of gentle oak and very mild minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Chard is food friendly and would pair well with grilled halibut with lemon butter sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This fresh and attractive wine displays aromas of white flowers, green apple with hints of exotic grapefruit, guava, flint, and wet stone. There is great flavor impact on the palate with fresh and lively acidity, it is ideal for youthful enjoyment.
