Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Drew over-delivers for the second vintage in a row. It opens with a pleasant black cherry and strawberry licorice bouquet with a hint of clove. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and very nicely balanced between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle pomegranate and red plum blend with notes of refined minerality and graphite throughout. I also detected hints of craisin and red cherry towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. This Pinot would pair nicely with charcuterie and a mild cheese platter. I would grab this Pinot quickly if you see it at your favorite wine shop. It will not last long at this price point. Enjoy - Ken
