Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir opens with a fragrant strawberry rhubarb bouquet with a hint of sandalwood and black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, juicy and fruit forward. The flavor profile is strawberry rhubarb and oak blend with hints of craisin, plum and earth minerality. The finish is dry and its mild fine tannins linger nicely. This Pinot Noir would pair nicely with The Lady and Son's smoked Boston butt pork roast. Enjoy - Ken
