Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored Riesling opens with an attractive mild peach and apricot bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly sweet, and mouth watering. The flavor profile is a ripe tangerine and peach blend. The finish is very refreshing and lingers nicely for sometime. The group really enjoyed this offering and felt it would pair well with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken
