Wine Review: This white gold colored Qualitatswein level wine from Mosel is very good and a terrific bargain. It opens with a fragrant peach bouquet with hints of apricot and orange rind. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, rather acidic, juicy and very refreshing. The flavor profile is a mineral infused white peach with notes of tangerine and pineapple. The finish is semi-sweet and its flavors and acidic linger are nicely prolonged. This wine would serve as a very nice aperitif or it can be serve with Thai spring rolls. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: An appealing bouquet of peach and apple aroma. A very balanced and harmonious wine with delicate aromas and minerality, very low in alcohol at just 10%. An ideal match with Asian cuisine, especially with sweet/sour dishes or sushi. Also a nice summer sipping wine for outside on the porch.
