Wine Review: This yellow colored Kabinett level Riesling opens with a wet stone and mild tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and pretty sweet for a Kabinett. The flavor profile is a ripe orange with notes of apricot and green apple. I also detected a hint of minerality in the background. The finish is remains a little sweet and subtly drifts away. This wine is a good drinking Riesling. With food, I would pair it with turkey, cranberry, and stuffing sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
