Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling opens with a light lychee with a hint of apricot and clementine. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, rather acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused tart green apple with notes of tangerine and ripe lime. The finish is dry and rather refreshing. This Riesling would pair well with bay scallops wrapped in applewood-smoked bacon served with an orange cream sauce. Enjoy – Ken
