Wine Review: This white gold colored QbA level Riesling opens with a mild orange and gentle ginger ale like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, rather acidic and lively. The flavor profile is a blend of lime and tart green apple with notes of apricot. I also detected a touch of ginger ale and honey mixed in as well. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors and acidity remain in your mouth long after the wine is gone. This Riesling will pair well with chicken lo-mein. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: An appealing bouquet of peach and apple aroma. A very balanced and harmonious wine with delicate aromas and minerality. Very low in alcohol. It is an ideal match with Asian Cuisine, especially with sweet/sour dishes or sushi. Also, a nice summer sipping wine for outside on the porch.
