Wine Review: This almost clear colored Spatlese level Riesling opens with an inviting peach and clementine like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, semi-dry, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty ripe green apple with notes of mild minerality, Anjou pear and a touch of honey. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This wine is a perfect aperitif to serve with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - Ken
