Wine Review: This white gold colored Riesling opens with a mild apricot bouquet with a hint of lime and pilsner beer. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and lively. The flavor profile is a tart lime and grapefruit blend with notes of minerality, tangerine and apricot. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. This Riesling is a pleasant sipping wine. I would enjoy it after a fine meal. Enjoy - Ken
