Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling opens with musty wet stone and mild pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, brisk, acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a slightly sweet pineapple and green apple blend with hints of tart grapefruit. The finish is off-dry and its flavors linger for a while after it is gone. This is an affordable and Good everyday Riesling. Pair it with chicken lo-mein. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A carefully selected, refreshing Riesling wine. Harvested in the region of Bernkastel it shows the excellence and uniqueness of premium Mosel Rieslings. An appealing bouquet of peach and apple aroma. A very balanced and harmonious wine with delicate aromas and minerality, very low in alcohol at just 10%. An ideal match with Asian Cuisine, especially with sweet/sour dishes or sushi.
