Wine Review: This almost clear colored Spätlese level Riesling opens with a grapefruit, lime zest and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is pleasantly sweet and bright. The flavor profile is a tasty lime, ruby grapefruit, and ripe pineapple blend with notes of passionfruit and a hint of lemon tea. The finish remains sweet, and its flavors and acidity display very nice length. I would pair this Riesling with an almond macaroon cookie. Enjoy - Ken
