Wine Review: This very almost clear-colored Riesling opens with a clover and honey bouquet with hints of apricot, ginger, and lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is very bright and round. The flavor profile is lime and gentle pink grapefruit blend with notes of ginger ale and pineapple. The finish is slightly sweet and lingers nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Riesling with seared scallops, a pork roast, or with triple cream brie. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: A luscious and lively Riesling Kabinett from the Middle Mosel's distinctive "spice garden" vineyard. When describing the 2020 vintage overall, our cellar master, Bernhard Schug, summed it up best by simply calling it "a Kabinett/Spätlese year." Erni concludes that "the 2020 vintage should be a showcase for the typical mineral structure of Mosel Riesling."
