Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling opens with Bosc pear and ginger bouquet with hints of talc and basil. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied, balanced, and delicate. The flavor profile is a Honeydew melon and green apple blend with notes of ginger. We also detected hints of apricot. The finish is off-dry and drifts away nicely. The Panel would pair this Riesling with a skillet fried pecan-crusted grouper, raw bar, or picnic fried chicken. Enjoy – KWGTP
