Wine Review: This straw-colored Riesling from Dr. Loosen initially displays tons of tiny bubbles. It opens with a lime, mild petrol and candle wax bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly effervescent and dainty. The flavor profile is a tasty lemon-lime blend with notes of petrol and refined minerality and a touch of saline. The finish is mildly sweet and refreshing. This Riesling was well-liked by all that tried it. It would pair very-well with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy – Ken
