Wine Review: This almost clear colored Spatlese level Riesling opens with a gardenia and lemon grass bouquet with hints of apricot. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly sweet, acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a blend of lime and chalky minerality along with hints of lychee, lemon, apricot and a touch of white tea. The finish remains sweet and lingers for a very long time. The Panel suggested pairing this Riesling with an Asian stir fry or moo shu shrimp. Enjoy - KWGTP
