Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling opens with an apricot and honey bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, sweet and zesty. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced tart lemon with hints of lime, ginger and white pepper. The finish remains sweet and fades away nicely. The Beerenauslese Riesling would server very well as an aperitif in between courses. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: In 2015 we had very good conditions for our botrytis wines. The rains stopped at the end of September, so that we had a dry, windy and sunny October. This allowed us to pick perfectly dry shriveled botrytis grapes for the Beerenauslese.
