Wine Review: This beautiful pale straw colored dry Riesling from Dr. Loosen opens with a faint bee's wax and light pear bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and refreshing. The flavor profile is a delicious mineral infused Anjou pear with hints of green tea. I also picked up a touch of grapefruit towards the end. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. This fantastic wine would be a perfect pairing for grilled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken
