Wine Review: This white gold colored Riesling from Dr. Loosen opens with a wet stone like bouquet with a hint of green apple. On the palate, this wine is crisp and displays lively acidity. It also has a nice mild sweetness to it as well. The flavor profile is ripe green apple with notes of pineapple and nicely integrated minerality. The finish is semi-dry and its pleasant flavors linger well after the wine is gone. This Riesling is a fine everyday offering and would pair perfectly with chicken lo-mein. Enjoy – Ken
