Wine Review: This white gold colored Auslese level Riesling opens with a ripe bosc pear bouquet with a hint of apple and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic, zippy and pretty sweet. The flavor profile is a tasty ginger and ripe green apple blend with hints of lime, bosc pear and a touch of minerality. The finish is sweet and the flavors linger for quite some time.
