Wine Review: This Sauvignon Blanc from Dr. Konstantin Frank is translucent with a tinge of straw for color. The wine opens with an inviting bouquet of citrus, grapefruit, banana, wet stone, and along with some hints of herbs. The light bodied palate is smooth, dry, lively, refreshing, and round with integrated balanced acidity and minerality. The flavor profile mimics the bouquet with citrus, clementine, grapefruit and herb notes. The dry citrus finish lingers and fades away nicely. I’ll be adding this Finger Lakes Sauvignon Blanc to my go to list of summer sippers! If not drinking on its own, I would recommend pairing with the Saigon’s restaurants spring rolls. - Joe

Winemaker Notes: Classic aromas of grapefruit, guava, and wet stones perch alongside dried grass and herbs. Ripe nectarine and passion fruit round out the generous body. It's beautifully delicate and substantial with cool climate acidity cutting through. Pair with asparagus, white fishes, lightly grilled seafood and goat cheeses.
