Wine Review: This light pink colored wine from the Finger Lakes opens with a mild cherry and grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused tangerine with hints of strawberry. The finish is pleasantly dry and refreshing. This Rose is a very nice summer offering. This Rose would pair nicely with chilled shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A delicate light bodied, dry Rose with crisp mouth feel. Displays delicate aromas of watermelon, berries and citrus. Flavors are subtle notes of strawberry, rose petals. pomegranate and citrus. Drink now or cellar until 2018. A very quaffable wine to pair with pancetta, grilled white fish, or summer salads.
