Wine Review: This almost clear colored Dry Riesling from Dr. Konstantin Frank opens with a fragrant and appealing light lemon and iced tea bouquet with hints of apple and peach. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, juicy and has plenty of mouthwatering acidity. The flavor profile is a pleasant iced tea with notes of lemon-lime. We also detected some hints of green apple, peach pit and nectarine towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this wine with grilled grouper or sea bass. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Dry with crisp mouth feel and light bodied. An expressive style with dominant characters of grapefruit, lime and star fruit notes. The crisp acidity enhances the distinct Keuka Lake minerality. All elements are perfectly balanced to make a wine that will last and continue improving for several years. Drink now or cellar until 2020. Pair with seafood, ceviche or oysters.
